Did you hit the play with sqad again?
I’m beginning to think this is on purpose to test out larger team sizes in other gamemodes, the bug has been happening way too much lately.
This happened to me a week or so ago, played duos and had a third random on my team. We ended up winning and I have no idea what caused it, took a while to realize I was actually in duos and didn’t accidentally queue trios like I originally thought
