Unfortunately what killed you is the ps5 and the lack of an fov slider. I play bo3 on both pc and ps5 and I can tell you the game is 10 times harder on console than pc just because I can adjust the fov on my pc version and see my periphery clearly.
The lightning does damage to you when you don’t have your shield out and you put it away before you walked off.
