Long awnser = the pins are bent yes, but the connector should still make good contact, best to run a speed test and see if your speeds tops out at 10mb/s or 100mb/s, its kinda complicated to explain but if you got a 1 gig rated cable and cut 1 wire the speed drops by a factor of 10

Yes this looks normal. Some Ethernet ports have alternating curved pins like this. Those act like a spring. What matters is the contact point which is at the top of the connector and all 8 pins will make contact here. If a pin was broken off or at a shallower angle you’d have a problem but I see no issue here.

Yeah, some sockets have 2 curved pins. I think it’s to put some pressure on the plug, so it maintains better contact.

They’re not shorting out by touching each other, they don’t appear broke but very used. I’ve seen worse still pulling gigabit speeds.
Normally they’re all straight like the others but can vary at times.
