Thanks in advance started playing tarkov again and need to squeeze some extra juice out my cpu before deciding to upgrade it most of the time cpu sits at 80-95% before turning boost on now sits at around 60-75% which is huge but just wondering if my cpu should be maxing out to get even greater gains or is this normal?

Use HWInfo could be power limited you might be able to adjust in the bios.
