I bought a 16:10 monitor as my first before I knew what I was doing and I could either have black bars, or cut off the edges by expanding it top to bottom.
It does however make a wonderful vertical monitor, the slight extra width makes guides, webpages, YouTube all quite watchable.

Currently a 2. Was planning to go (4+5)-1, but thinking I might go 2+4+5-(2*1).
