Not sure about the romance part, but I was kinda disappointed that she never had any major part in the story. I mean, on the one hand it’s surprising that she even appears after the prologue at all, but given huge implications about Night Corp conspiracy the game drops now and then – Sandra easily could’ve been a major quest giver tied to them. Maybe something about escaping Night Corp or uncovering their secrets.

It would have been excellent to explore more about what she found given the contents of her decrypted databank. Maybe a few investigative/stealth quests that maybe donāt/do pan out based on your choices. Maybe ending with her death or romance. The latter V admitting their situation and having some sway in the endgame. Canāt get everything we want after the fact, though.
I hope she plays a part in the future sequels given what else we learn through cynosure and the paralez quests.

She was sort of traumatized, don’t know how romantic it’d be, but I do believe a lot more could have been done with her, she could have at least been a character that was like idk, a companion or something, like someone you did missions for and with if not exactly a romance.
I personally felt like it was definitely Meredith Stout.
Panam = nomad romance.
Judy = street kid romance.
Kerry = probably still street kid.
River = probably also still street kid.
Saying this in the way that each of these is probably either what the character started as, still is, and or which of the three starting backstory options they would most likely relate to the most.
Not a single one was a corpo romance which blows.
Meredith was already a partial romance and I feel like was probably slated to be a full romance but they ran out of time and probably cut her romance story, which blows as she would have been the only corpo romance.
She will also sleep with a male or female V so she would also have been the only Bi romance.
I do like Sandra though, be cool if she was a romance, I just don’t know how well it would have worked out with someone that probably doesn’t like being touched and probably has severe trust issues.
