I doubt it. The timetable seems too soon. In general, I think you need to add at least 100 years to anything on the Cyberpunk 20xx timeline to make it make any sense, tech-wise.
Edit: You people downvoting this do realize that the Cyberpunk universe had freaking high-tech cybernetic implants and a full vr matrix as early as 2013, right? That’s what I’m talking about.

I believe that we might have a base on the moon, and maybe on Mars in 2077. But even though there will have to be regular launches to meet demand of such outposts, human travel will be limited and mostly reserved for professionals or rich folk.

I doubt it. Space travel will always be expensive and dangerous. You can survive a plane crash, but if something goes wrong with a spacecraft, you’re almost certainly doomed.
