not sure if that is a computer when there are more fans than computer.
too bad he spent more money on fans and case than on the gpu. GPU is most important part of the build and he cheaped out.
next time spend half the budget on graphics card.

But those better be high capacity silent fans. Silent fans cost a lot but i can’t recommend spending money on those enough.
