What’s a headcanon you’ve had that’s been debunked but still stick to it?

This is going to be controversial af, but basically, back in the BO1 days I was really into WW2 history and so I came to the conclusion that the nova 6 crawlers were zombified holocaust victims.

I mean think about it for a second

They’re gassed with nova 6

They’re skinny and malformed

They have no hair and barely any clothing

I honestly thought I was a genius for connecting these dots as a kid. Like maybe they mixed nova 6 and element 115 together and created the crawlers. For those who are bothered by this just remember that back in the day they’d mostly use real world events in the earlier games.
