Why is the 4060 ti cheaper than the 3060 Ti? Isn’t it a better card? Looking to buy an upgrade.

Because people list things for high prices on Amazon in hoping to make a quick buck on someone who isn’t educated. It’s a predatory practice IMHO, but the buyer has a responsibility to do research (that you are doing)

prices on discontinued products are meaningless.

RX 7700 XT is much better than getting an rtx 4060 ti

Wait until the end of January. 40 series supers are dropping soon. That ahould push everything down a bit

    3060ti is actually 300 usd
    And don’t get 4060ti

  7. People trying to sell the last stock for more to ignorant people. Just ignore them and get a 6800XT

Probably a vendor that overpaid for the 3060ti trying to recoup their overpriced buy.

God the 4060 ti is over $400?

    That’s awful.

    They don’t manufacture them anymore

  11. Both of those prices are dogshit. The 4060ti is barely faster than the 3060ti and actually loses to it in certain games.

But I’d buy neither, especially at those prices.

The 6700xt goes on sale for $300 like every day. I’ve seen one or two really good 3060ti sales, like $275 or lower, and brand new I’d say that’s a decent deal. But $400 plus? Are you shitting me?
You can get a fucking 6800 on sale for less than $400. You can get a 6800xt on sale for like $450, if you watch the sales carefully.

I’m unsure. I got a 3060ti for Christmas but it was on sale for 300. So this boggles my mind. Not to mention the one I got was also white. So white tax is in there too somewhere.

Why does this sub always push AMD in your face? Damn! ITS GETTING OLD

I bought a 3060ti tuf for €530 in dec 2020, with 21% tax so around $499 us that was back then. The 3060ti should be like $350-375 max now.

At this price point, if you don’t use ray tracing, pick up an AMD card. They have far better raster performance for the price.

I picked up an rx 6800 at Best Buy a month or so ago for only $360, and I’ve been consistently hitting 200fps at high (though not max) settings in every game I play at 1440p.

Wait two weeks for the 4070 Super to come out. There’s a good chance the regular 4070’s price will drop then and it is a far better card than the 4060ti due to the extra vram.
