I bought a prebuilt pc with a 4060 without doing much research beforehand. Now im reading all over the place about how it is not a 4k card, and it’s a terrible gpu.
Should i tell them I’ve been playing nearly everything at 4k60 on high setting with very few if any frame drops which only bring me down to about 50 fps?

I just upgraded from a gtx 1080 ti. My first gpu was a quadro p400

This is a solid card since it uses little power so you can use it in rigs with lowish power supplies

Nice buy OP, I was eyeing the 4060 for a while before building my first computer this year but then the Ti 16Gb rumors started coming up. I decided it wasn’t worth to wait months if I can have the gpu in my house ate the end of the week lol. And since I’ll be playing mostly games from 2010-2020 that don’t have RT, I went for a 6750 XT since the price was too good here where I live and it outperformed the 4060 (and Ti) 8gb by a significant margin outside of RT games at 1080p.

That’s the gpu I have-it slaps. I can run iracing at like 300-350 frames on max settings 😂

I got one of these for Christmas but was kinda disappointed when I found out it only has an x8 pcie bus. I’m still on pcie3 so I’m probably bottlenecking it a bit.
