You can flip your radiator at the top the other way. You can also maybe tie it back to the case to help get rid of some of the slack.

I’m getting flash backs from the first time I tried to fit new brake pads on my car.

Not sure if anyone said this but you can buy shorter cables.
Take the long ones off and replace them with shorter ones. Make sure you get the right width and fittings.

Front mount with the inlet for the tubes on the bottom of the rad is the best position. Make sure to top of the rad is above pump. This will make any air in the loop settle at the top of rad. air in the pump will burn it out. Tubes at the bottom of the rad where there is no air will make the loop quieter (no water falling/sloshing). Tubes touching the GPU and the resulting heat transfer is inconsequential.
Since you’ve got the problem resolved from other comments, I have a question of my own. Why does this picture look like it was taken in the ghost realm of Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey?
You have to rotate the cooler – the mini fan must be down.
I have the same AIO and this is the only way to avoid contact. If you mount the graphic card vertically it is the only way to fit everything.

I would have flipped the rad to put the tubes near the front for aesthetic reasons.
Uninstall the aio, sell it and install a peerless assassin, pipes won’t touch the GPU /j
