Good work! To make it look more Cybperpunk consider using greater contrast; the shadows should feel gloomy and the night dangerous. Plus it emphasises the neon you already have.
The concept of invasive advertisement plays a major role in Cyberpunk setting. The giant asian lady ad in bladerunner, JOI hologram in bladerunner 2049, the Sphere in Los Angeles in real life. Big ad banners across normal walkable area every 1 min apart. Sometimes even giant floating ads up in sky. Or one of the better examples being a vending machine for burritos in your own house with advertisement on it. The concept of advertisements invading safe spaces of comfort is a major theme of Cyberpunk. You have the grimey and slimy feel with neon skies down, but lack the corporate invasion of privacy element. I hope this helps.
