Eh? Who paniks at 60c on their pc?

  2. GordonRSY

mine’s working in solid 60 all times because of the 144hz on all games (Cyberpunk included)

  3. mine runs at 85 on idle and peaks at 101c 💀

  4. Infinite-Emptiness

Mine doesn’t go near 60c at full power and max overclocking. Benefits of making a custom watercooling loop.

As a laptop user I can confirm the thing spontaneously lights aflame when trying to use it.

  6. PC: *measures fan sound with decibel meter*

Laptop: meh it’s no louder than a wind tunnel

  7. dermitio

Can confirm that image is how my idle temps are

60? Bruh if you’re doing any real computering your home is in the 70s and the mid 80s is where you start asking if you should turn down the juice.

Yeah 60 on idle lol…. cause you will get less than 60 only if you have top dollar cooling

Mine has no problem hanging around 86-87 C

My laptop averages 75°C with peaks up to 90ish degrees while gaming, while idle or with stuff like browsers it is 50-60°C.

It’s one degree over ambient game over man game over

Then again, central heating costs a lot of money…

60 is low. My fan curves are basically silent until the temps reach like 60 for the GPU and 70 for the CPU

I mildly panic when my 5800x hits 80c on my custom loop. But that’s peak with a 4090 in the loop too(50s ish ). I still need to get to undervolting or whatever for the cpu. I just power limit my 4090 just a tad. But then again that’s at 800rpm ish on all of my fan on the rads. But otherwise I don’t care too much because it’s near silent.

I can tell this meme is old because now 60C on a desktop is nothing to scoff at.

  16. thewolfehunts

Meme made by someone upgrading from gaming laptop to desktop and probably watch 1 video of a top spec rig from Linus tech tips.

  17. Droboto1234

Been playing CS2, my desktop is constantly a nice 75C°.

No need to use my central heating tho, so thats nice.

  18. EratosyT

my legion averages at mid 60s and maxes out at 75. On normal use it stays between 35-40s. The temps are not bad to be honest. (haven’t undervolted or overclocked… Just stock settings)
