The gaming industry now has to recognise that these sort of leaks will continue unless they increase the security of their system beyond the federal reserve and also have extra steps in place if they do breach the systems successfully
The Liberty City in GTA 5 thing has already been confirmed.
There was a map designer who worked for Rockstar between GTA 4 and 5. He left at some point between 2016-2019 and a digital portfolio of his works was found by some people. In the portfolio was actual images of GTA 4’s Liberty City but ported over into the GTA 5 version of the RAGE engine. So basically we would’ve seen new colors, shading, lighting, textures, NPCs, interiors, and public advertisements. It would’ve been the 2010s version of Liberty City.
Seeing the names for the other DLCs is actually super disappointing. To even contemplate what we could’ve had – just based on those titles alone…

Surprised you never mentioned the rockstar hacker who was only 17 at the time got sentenced to life in a mental hospital recently so they are clearly trying to make an example of these people to stop this happening in the future

This is amazing NOW every developer can actually See how the Game was made and can Furthermore improve every other game with the Source code out Imagine loved mechanics in GTA V in other games more specifically Indie games!
