a possible work around would be to get a pcie riser and run the graphics card outside the case, the case would also have to be opened at all times but if you cant get a new pc case at the moment, its the only way

NZXT H9 fits a 4090 FE with plenty of room. Your 4090 is a bit bigger than FE though.

Same shit happened to me with my 3060 so I put my fans on the outside of the case 💀

My 7900xtx rests against my front fans, it was literally a perfect fit
