Now you see why Panam is one of the most popular romance options in the game. This is how you meet her.
That’s your second time meeting Panam, you were not paying attention the first time V met her.

What has always bothered me is that she wear a body suit underneath that almost certainly goes between her cheeks. With the fact that she literally lives in a desert and does a lot of running around, wouldn’t that make that cloth stink to high hell? I’m not saying I have a dirty ass, but I know it doesn’t smell great after a full day of working in the sun.
You’re going to see a lot more of her. And she gives you the only silenced sniper rifle in the game. Literally the perfect woman.

You can first *see* her planning what evolves into one of the future missions the first time you go to the Afterlife bar.
After this dialogue with Nash is over, she walks toward the opposite side of the bar. She pulls out a bottle of liquor and starts pounding it on repeat like Jim Lahey. She will not acknowledge you or provide any dialogue and it is disappointing.
Also when Rogue introduces you to her planning the mission in this post, she gets all butt-hurt and storms out of the bar. If you follow her outside she just stands next a wall and again will not acknowledge you exist.
literally one of my favorite characters in the entire game ( the romance with her is the way to go )
