Motherboard is [Sapphire B550i Nitro+](https://www.sapphiretech.global/zh-cn/consumer/mb_nitro_b550i_c). RAM is [HP V10 3600MT CL14 v1.45 XMP](https://hp.biwintech.com/products/hpv10/) which I got last year for $108 new (converted – seller unironically didn’t know what he was selling) and I didn’t bother tuning it until now because I got a 240hz monitor recently and wanted to maximize performance until I get an X3D soon.
PC won’t post beyond 3733 even at very loose timings at 1.45. 99% of values came from DRAM Calculator but tRFC values were from what I tested slightly adjusting XMP values (it was 630 w/ XMP on).
Could post issues come from motherboard or CPU not handling anything above 1867 IF?
