Same here, I restarted a game two days ago after 3 years and the feel is completely different. Everything is better.

Genuinely, am I missing something? I came back as well but I only notice new apartments, better police, and the skills rework. Rest of the game feels very much the same, outside of some performance improvements. I haven’t bought Phantom Liberty because I want to feel good about the game before spending any more money.

  4. No, it’s a game equally as good as, but legally distinct from, the game you were promised and expected 3 years ago.

Only car I need in Night City. No fast travel necessary when you’re in the hoonin’ biz

  6. Are there some graphic mods I should download to improve the quality of my game? I have my graphics maxed and don’t feel like I see this level

Three years and you still haven’t learned to screenshot

This car is essential now if you want to get anywhere without being fucked by gangs you’ve pissed off.

After putting it off for the past few years, I’m finally gonna start the game for the first time over the holidays. Any up to date tips to get the best experience for a 3090? (Have already tried the FG mod with Microsoft flight simulator so would be interested to hear if it’s worth it in cyberpunk).

I actually liked the game at launch, but had some problems with the lack of choice that matter and how dead Night City felt. The open world felt kind of pointless with how underutilized it was at launch. While there isn’t an abundance of game changing choices now, I’m pretty happy with all the other stuff they added. Things like vehicle combat, police chasing gangs around the city, NPC AI improvements, an actual police system with cops patrolling the city, gang chases, actually being able to sit at certain bars, and the vehicle delivery missions help make the open world a lot better. It’s gone from a game I kind of enjoy to one of my favorites. Do I wish the RPG aspects were deeper? Sure. Do I have some other complaints? Sure. But CDPR has done a lot to address player complaints and a lot of the issues I had with the game. The jank and bugs we still do have are a lot more forgivable now.
