Seems like now all they do is buy fragments and coupons, unless I’m tripping. I remember getting these used to be so rare and hard. Will the event come back or what? I haven’t seen any in ages. The rewards would get closer raising chances of winning that reward.

Yes, but that event/way of using those got removed a couple months ago.
