So I OCd my CPU to 4.8 MHz but when I checked HWInfo for stats, it says at some point it boosted to 8.6 MHz and reached 87 degrees.
Could this be a bug?

I checked the stats after playing some games by the way.
The temperature may be accurate but the speed is 100% a bug. It just happens sometimes.
