    Get that screen raised as high as possible. In theory your eyes should be level with the centre of the screen…. To protect from neck and shoulder issues in the future.

    Use some books to elevate your laptop. I place erasers between my laptop and the books for better air flow and heat dissipation

    any setup you can afford, and are comfortable with, is the best setup!
    We’ve all been there.

    Hands down the best thing ill reccommend for you is to buy a monitor (even a cheap used one) and connect to your laptop and use it like a desktop setup.

    I did it in uni. Game changer
