    You can also just not go into Dogtown after meeting So Mi and fail it without ever setting foot in there.

    I had the same when Solomon greed and Myers meet for the first time, I said no for helping them and the mission was aborted, withe the both of them just standing there akwardly

    Reminds me of Far Cry 4, where you can just sit and do nothing at Pagan’s house and eventually he comes back. Resulting in the game ending without doing anything.
