We all start from somewhere. For the sake of your eyes either move the TV further away from where you sit or get a smaller monitor.
I would definitely switch the table, get a wall mount for the pc, get headphones, better keyboard, maybe some rgb, it has tons of potential man just work on it

The only difference between your setup and most of the ones on battle stations is RGB.
