I must live in a third World country too then i was ussing an Rx560 an fx8350 and 32GB DDr3 until the beginning of this year and i just upgraded to DDr4 when DDr5 is already out 😬
Before that i had a dual Core with 4Gb DDr2 that i got after having a Pentium 4 with 512Mb DDR a 32GB HDD and a CRT monitor for 10 years from like 2006 to 2016
Btw i live in Portugal minimum wage is 760€ and we are not a third World country >!Yet!<
Edit i forgot the GPU but in the Dual Core i had an ATi randeon HD dont remenber wich one tho in the Pentium 4 i had a GeForce 3 Mx440 if im not mistaken that i upgraded sometime down the line to this
