I like it, that chair should probably be replaced, I’d recommend getting a middle of the road office chair instead of gaming chairs, they tend to be cheaper and just as comfy of not more than gaming chairs.
Meybe full size deskmat, they’re cheap, I got two quite good onces locally for about $10 each.

You know whats so crazy, I see dudes who have invested so much more into their setups in terms of funds, but you did this so right for a first setup man. 60% keyboard, good mouse, NOT a deskpad, kept the PC off the floor, etc.
Things I will say you can upgrade in the short term would be mousepad in terms of brands. Mousepads I stand by are artisan and xraypads. Id also look into monitors depending on what you play. I recently just went from a lower end 240hz to a Benq Zowie and it is very noticeably better. Everything can always be updated, but this is really good man, and id take my time if I was you.

I like it. The wooden wall has so much potential for decorating since it’s not that common. You can do a bunch of stuff with it. For now it looks a bit too empty to me I have something similar. Maybe you’ll like some pictures for inspiration.

It’s very nice, I like it and it’s a little funny with the mario stuffed animal hanging.
If you like the idea you can put a lamp or something with led to have more illumination.
Neat and clutter free, no complaints. You’ll figure out what needs to change as you have more time with it
