In Neongarten, you build up a single block in a dystopian city one building at a time. Find absurd and game-breaking combos in order to meet absurd and ever-increasing tax bills. Pit megacorps against nimble hackers. Place that toxic waste dump on top of Corporate Headquarters. Chill to some lo-fi beats while you build from the ground to the sky.
