If it hasn’t crashed, I almost halfway bet you have an unstable memory OC. Go back to stock, play that same level, see if it recurs. Games are way better stress testers than anything else. Just run it.
Also worth noting, some games do not play nicely with OC’s at all, back when I played Control the first time, I had to run stock clocks across the board. There was just (waves hands) “something” going on.
