Takemura is a choom he just serves the wrong master. I still respect the code he lives by and think he deserved more screen time. I wish we got to duel the man Oda never surpassed when V could no longer coexist with the guy. He deserves an honorable death at least.
I mean how hype would it have been if he showed up with all his cyberware reactivated at some point while you are raiding Arasaka? Could have been epic, but nah silly ojii san dies off screen. Poor guy.

Honestly, the Aldecado ending is fine. My only complaint is that I can’t take Takemura to become a nomad with me like he talked about and instead he tells me in the credits to rot in hell.

I unironically find Takemura hilarious. In the Devil ending, when you pull up to find Hanako, you have the option to grab the guard standing outside the car’s door and slam his face into the car. If you do so, Takemura just says something like “Very good V, effective” while Hellman is absolutely distraught.
I dont care if he doesn’t like V, i personally love Goro. One of the funniest characters in the game imo.
