I finally redownloaded after having to delete and reinstall multiple times due to the goddamn loading glitch, and I go to reacquaint myself with my build and find this.
I’m a max level netrunner, with tier 5+ cybernetics. I have every perk for netrunning and lowering ram. Why does this voodoo boy have such high ram costs?

Only to certain netrunners it seems. I ran into one yesterday in Dogtown and all of them were over 100 Ram.
netrunners have more protection so it uses more ram, if you use overclock with the adrenaline rush perk you can take em out with quickhacks
Don’t care Overclock+Short Circuit
Netrunners when they can’t insta-kill a specific type of enemy:
Yeah, CD killed netrunners.
wow apparently hacking v2.1 adam smasher in very hard only costs peanuts compared to this netrunner
I’ve seen these since patch 2.0
And they usually normalized once the fight starts or if I get close enough. But I haven’t seen it in a while so I’m not sure.
Yeah it’s fuking ridiculous on top of killing stealth runners. But I’m sure gonks here will come and say just use a gun. At that point, why even use a cyberdeck.
Bro got that military grade ICE
Likely because he’s a high level netrunner.
You need a of RAM to just sonic shock enemy netrunner? Skill issue.
I think so. It’s seems like it is intended, they don’t want you to one shot them with your QH.
I think the intent is to wear down the costs over time w/ mnemonic.
Never seen them so high
The answer is on the screen…
Idk what this screen means but I’m pretty sure he’s weak to shotguns at point blank range
RAM dez nuts in your mouth
It’s a bug. Some netrunners will have excessively high RAM resistance, and it seems to be something related to game time (where it slowly increases over time). I recommend sending a bug report including the save file and any video/screenshots you can provide of the issue.
Fairly certain you can disable whack-ass scaling like this somehow without mods, but can’t recall specifics. Hopefully it’s not behind lowering the difficulty
For the runner? Yes that’s the real cost. The other two are easy though.
