yes its $700 new and a good price. less than $700 is a steal.

  2. UraniumDisulfide

Generally it is in fact the parts of a pc that people buy it for. It’s a really good deal, I’d honestly just use it as is as your new pc.

  3. MasterJeebus

Seems like good price for those specs.

  4. Reasonabledwarf

I think it’s worth getting just for the bit where they typo’d the California cancer warning into “Cancer and Reproductive Ham.” Mmm. Reproductive ham.

  5. Sl4sh4ndD4sh

Use it as your new pc, don’t use it for parts.

  6. crasagam

The old computer is parts, this is the upgrade/replacement.

  7. HazardousHD

Good news, MSI doesn’t use any proprietary parts in their prebuilds so you can easily transplant these things into another case/mix and match

  8. SuperCool_Saiyan

Replacing the router and modem won’t do anything if you’re only paying the ISP for 100 mb down

  9. SRFoxtrot341_V2

This is already solid on its own, even if you don’t intend to do parts swap.

  10. LightBeerIsForGirls

New computer isn’t going to change your internet speeds

  11. Mistr_White

Maybe – never been a fan of pre builds from big brands (Msi) due to bloat ware – make sure to reinstall a fresh os if going prebuilt

  12. IINightMasterII

That is an amazing deal and you should jump on it! I’d have bought it in a heartbeat

  13. This is a steal for someone just now getting out of Skylake! I switched when everyone recommended the Ryzen 5 3600 so you’re def going to notice a difference.

  14. DuppyConqueror_

I literally just paid $650 for this.

  15. Efficient_Golf_6026

I’d buy it instantly even if I didn’t need it

  16. JustGoogleItHeSaid

Considering I just paid £300 for a 1080 build this makes me feel sick. American prices for PC parts are a joke

  17. Thejus_Parol

After reading the comments, I’ve reached two conclusions: either the OP is trolling, or they are 13 years old.

  18. Bro I just saw the same specs for 1500 CAD, y’all are lucky

  19. jolaco17

This PC is $1499.99 in Canada right now 🤦‍♂️

  20. SlappthebassNOW

If you can get it for 489 then yes.

  21. Cableryge

Watch out for cancer and reproductive ham though

  22. soupeatingastronaut

The only bad part about this prebuilt is proabably the Ram.(probably has higher cl timings so its recommended to get a 32 GB ddr5 5200 cl 28 or 30 Ram. Since 13400f supports up to 4800mhz ram you can get ddr5 4800 too but it might be hard to find) Since 4060 is sold at about 350 ish dollars alone it is an insane deal. People criticize 4060 since it doesnt offer gen to gen improvement performance wise but it will offer better experience since 4060 has more efficiency dlss3 and good performance. İf you really want you can sell the 4060 and you can sell old pc and 4060 to someone and get something like 4070 or a 7800xt it would be really nice jump. According to techpowerup data as 1660 super as baseline 4060 has %70 more performance While 4070 has %165 more and 7800xt has %184. So its up to you for choosing.

  23. speedrunnernot3

Nice deal grab it and check if it’s ddr4 ram or ddr5 ram because you can upgrade it to 32gb ram and then you can play a newer game Titel plus watch anything on your second monitor. Consider working with 2 monitors because it’s efficient but also keep in mind that your electricity bill could increase

  24. Gurlami1

For the right price this is actually a pretty good gaming pc.. not ultra high but definitely good. You can upstage the ram to 32gb, make sure cooling is sufficient and depart the old one

  25. nefar1ousdeath

your pc is very old, every part of this system is better. use it
