If a rail gun takes 4 shots to take you down and you can move lightning fast, why wouldn’t you just close the distance and chop them with a super alloy katana.
Even now, if you’re super close to a dude wearing a vest and you can take 4 shots without dying, wouldn’t you prefer to stab them rather than take 6 shots to take him down?

I mean against pure kevlar katana is way better than any non-explosive gun, and being SPEED makes having big range unnecessary in any non-open space scenario
