It’s exactly what I predicted. You just wanna go somewhere and people are constantly chasing you. It’s fucking annoying. Then the police gets involved because you killed them. Then you gotta lose the cops to progress. It’s just a boring addition that adds to the annoyances in the game.

I got that last perk upgrade for blunt weapons, but it doesn’t seem to be working at least for gorilla arms. The enemies just instantly die or it doesn’t go off. Not sure if it worked before 2.1
