Stop chasing tight primaries when the loose tRRD, tWTR, and tWR values are robbing all your real-world performance. tRDRDSCL and tWRWRSCL can also be lowered.
To reduce temperature sensitivity bring your tRFC up to 150-160ns. Then you should be able to pump the sticks up to 1.6V. Even if they hit 60 degrees it won’t matter.
Removing the cosmetic heat spreaders would be the last resort. That will drop temps by 10-15 degrees, but the adhesive can damage your sticks unless you dissolve it first.
