Wait till you find out about the difference a good quality chair makes.

I still use my 2yo Asus tuf k1 and m3 😂

Ahh the G502 and G915. I use the G915TKL and it’s incredible. It runs both of my PCs with the ability to switch at the touch of a button. Great choices.

You should also try good headphones. No, not the “gaming” ones… But something like Beyerdynamic DT990 / 1990.

Terrific keyboard.

Logi pro mouse. Yes. G915 I replaced it with the steelseries 2023 edition and its miles more responsive

Just to let you know, that mouse is the best mouse ever made

I HATE my g915 keyclicks. They all feel like they have different pressures to push the keys in.
half-baked_axx
That sure looks nice.

Wait until you find out about custom keyboards o.O

It is also soooooooo much better than a keyboard on a laptop. On a laptop you change your position to fit the device, with an external keyboard, you change the keyboard position to fit your position.
Franklin_le_Tanklin
I have that keyboard!! (The wireless tkl version).
It’s absolutely amazing, I use it for competitive gaming. It’s just soooooo responsive
TechnoTrulyFuture
yeah I once tried my fathers old keyboard compared to my razer one and damn is the difference very obvious, very different keyboards obviously but you can really feel the difference in the quality

Vuntorion
I’m rocking the same combo, feels good doesn’t it?
MIKE_THE_KILLER
You should have got the Logitech G715. It’s a better built version than the G915. Plus it has USB-C unlike the G915.

A good mouse and kb, along with a good headset and mouse pad can as make as much difference between having a potato pc and a godlevel pc

Definitely, I went from a $25 keyboard and $20 mouse from Corsair then I switched to the Drop Sense75 with Holy Panda X switches and Moondrop linears in case I want to swap it and blue kitty keycaps cause my color scheme is purple and the blue kitties had the best looking purple imo and replaced my mouse with the Razer Viper V2 Pro and it’s super light and it’s crazy how much better it feels. Gonna get a new mousepad to try that out. You’re getting into an EXPENSIVE rabbit hole now. On all of my gear I’ve spent probably close to 4k and still feel like I’m missing something and I can’t afford more rn
RazvanBTW
That’s also the combo I have , they’re amazing!

Yeah a good mechanical keyboard with nice switches is a game changer.

I’ve had a few moments like that when it comes to PC hardware.
The first “boy was I wrong” was with SSD. For years, I was like, meh, everyone overhypes an SSD; there can’t be much difference from an HDD; it’s not worth the cost.
As the years went by, SSDs became much cheaper, so I bought one. instantly had the “Wow, what a difference!” followed by “damn, I can’t believe I didn’t buy sooner.”. 🙁 lol
The other times were with mechanical keyboards; I had the same membrane keyboard for over 7 years, again thinking everyone was just overhyping mechanical keyboards. Then I bought one and realised they weren’t. lol.

A good pair of headphones makes a good difference as well. I had the same £15 headphones for 4 years; I just purchased Q30 last month, and its a much better experience on the computer and even in gaming, even though they aren’t gaming headphones.
