Yeah first few times I helped her but after playing the game more and learn more about Maelstrom I don’t hesitate and shoot him right away.
Mission always ends like V, female at least, sounds annoyed with her anyway.

I always help her fulfill her Hippocratic Oath. Takes like 2 seconds. Dude’s also Maelstrom so he’s likely not long for this world anyways. They ain’t exactly health gurus and seem to be overly prone to bad decisions.

I was so disappointed to find out I couldn’t help her save him, stick her in the car, then go back and shoot him. Probably while shaking my head ruefully and wondering where people like that come from, because it sure as shit can’t be Night City.

I just don’t help. Sure, I won’t shoot him because he’s unarmed and unconscious. But I didn’t take the Hippocratic Oath. She did. You want to fix him? Fix him. I’ll wait.
And when he still dies and she blames me, that’s when I laugh. If this “doctor” needed a random merc off the street to even keep her patient alive, it’s no wonder she doesn’t work for Trauma Team.

When she later tells the ripperdoc she’s with to not sell you anything because of fucking her patient over, he still sells you cyberware, so… Maelstrom’s gonna die.
