I went from 3600 cl14 14 14 34 to 4000mhz cl 15 15 15 34 both gear 2 and somehow my latency went from 56ns to 73ns ? What’s up with that. The rest of the speeds are simular or faster. But the latency is way slower. Ideas ?

Did you mess with the other frequencies? Cause 58k read is low for 4000
Your motherboard is probably running some pretty loose secondary and tertiary timings which’ll be increasing latency, you’ll also get some bandwidth improvement with better timings too
You aren’t running in gear 1 anymore.
Likely unstable and erroring or you touched another timing.
