Cyberpunk anime (1987 – 1991) loosely inspired by Bladerunner. The MC is named Priss and her side gig is singing in a band called Priss and the Replicants. Priss and her crew (the Knight Sabers) battle corporate-funded, bio-engineered mercs (called Boomers) as they try to control Mega Tokyo’s political landscape. There is a second series called Bubblegum Crisis 2040, but that one isn’t as good as 2032 IMHO. A couple spin off OVAs that are good too…. Bubblegum Crash and AD Police.
