Hi, I’m scoring about 2000 below what I should with a 13600k for the cpu score.

I was also scoring low with the 12600k I had. I think its my motherboard, maybe my vrms are overheating? I don’t see vrm temp in hwinfo. Or could it be my ram? Is my ram slow enough to drop my score 2000 points though? the benchmark was about the same between the corsair and gskill. I tested both on the 12600k, I just installed the 13600k and I’m planning on returning the corsair.

It’s RAM
XMP RAM is slow to begin with, but you also have a particularly slow subset of it. Using DDR4 is also shooting yourself in the foot as it’s massively worse when untuned or in suboptimal configs.
Timespy (like a lot of games to be fair) is very sensitive to RAM performance. It scales massively with frequency and with manually setting primary, secondary and tertiary timings.
Timespy’s CPU test is very RAM performance intensive.
