I mean u can atleast not go with Judy’s plan and side with maiko. Don’t take her money and Judy is still happy and bones u . But panam starts to throw a tantrum if u don’t go to Nash and even if u do , throws u in the line of fire first and then runs blindly into it as well. Also it’s unfair to compare a bd basement artist with a literal experienced nomad who has done countless missions and plannings

I feel like Panam’s successes can be, in a huge part, attributed to Saul and the rest of the family, tho. Having a bunch of capable advisors is definitely better than trying to go at it alone. Well… not alone, with a half-dead merc, two prostitutes and a rich bitch.

I’m good at improvising like Panam, but overall, I’m Judy, doesn’t matter how well I think I plan things, things go wrong, and things were my kind of improvisation isn’t useful, and I have no one to save me.

my girlfriend watched me play through the game again and Phantom Liberty.
But after the new ending, she sat there for a long moment like “… You know what? I fucking hate Judy after this. She’s no longer my ride or die girl.” She took a very hostile turn on her after that ending and even more so after the Don’t Fear the Reaper ending lol.
Kind of caught me offguard but I do feel like I respect Judy a little less now too.

Isn’t Panam shit at planing too? That’s the main take away I got from her and Saul. Saul is too conservative and needs Panam to push him to make any sort of move. Panam is too rash and needs Saul to prevent her from leaping before she looks.
