Does anybody know how to get out of this poor situation I’m in? I completed the mission but looks like never picked up the Cyphered tablet.
Now there doesn’t appear to be a way to reset it or go back and do it over so that the tablet spawns. I’ve tried killing mercenaries again with a sentry turret but no luck. Am I just screwed here? lol

I believe completing one of the first two again should drop the cyphered tablet again
Whenever someone in a squad completes one of those missions it drops for all squad members so you should get one again when someone else does a ciphered tablet mission
Just go to a merc camp, place a turret, let it kill, it gave me a cyphered tablet from one of the bodies
As stated, start over. Mine dropped from the Z kills and not the Mercs.✌️
Just go in with sentries, set them up on mercs and they should drop tablets

Had the same issue. I just started over again, and the tablet dropped. Sucks cause you gotta count the zombie kills yourself so you don’t fall short.
Consider buying a Death Perception. It helps highlight the stuff, so there’s a lower chance that you miss one.
Also try hitting a safe in a merc stronghold, usually one will drop from there. RNG but they will drop
the Tablets should still drop from Zombies killed w/ the sentry, much easier than tracking down mercs.
Failing that working, iirc if you have other incomplete “Get a tablet” missions and this is your next mission in the “automatically switch to next mission on mission complete” priority, you can play the other mission carefully such that multiple tablets drop, finish it by grabbing one tablet, then grab another tablet once it switches to this mission and it’ll still count it.
I would recommend going to legacy fortress with a lot of plates and two sentry’s from the buy station and use a crossbow with thermite bolts to take down the chopper the sentry’s will take care of the mercs occasionally you’ll have to kill them but for the most part the sentry’s will do it or even a merc camp will work out if legacy fortress is too hard for you to do
