So I just found out my RAM has been running at half its rated speed for god knows how long… I changed the Memory Frequency tab to the rated speed and changed the Ai Overclock Tuner to auto (from D.O.C.P. Standard) to see if that would change anything, with no luck.

DDR = Double Data Rate
1800MHz = 3600Mbps
DDR stands for double data rate. 1800 x 2 = 3600. Your RAM is running at the 3600Mhz speed you set in the BIOS.
