I think the stash should be increased by 5 slots, no more. Having the limited space forces you to actually use the equipment you get instead of hoarding it

Simply being able to keep anything at all is already good. The mode is designed for you to work your way towards being powerful, with the occasional loot that lets you skip that climb. You’re not supposed to hoard everything and immediately be full power every single game. If anything they might nerf and adjust this
You can over fill your stash. From your bag choose the swap option then go into the rewards items and choose one. When it goes back to your bag just un-equip the reward item. I have 17 items in my stash now.
