Doesn’t it depend on the tattoo artist? You can get it for cheap but that would be unwise
Asking for tattoo pricing online is nonsense. Impossible to predict without knowing your country, city, artist, market situation, whether in a parlor or exhibition.
It’ll cost you 10 to get it shitty with an infection or maybe 300 to get it properly.
If you get it in prison you’ll probably just pay some cigs for it. If you let your tattoo artist friend practice on you it’s probably free too.
Always ask an artist, they all have different prices. So look at people’s portfolios, find a style you like and see if their price range matches yours.
I get the sentiment but thats an ugly ass tattoo, way too visible and way too aggressive if you are not (a.k.a. Johnny can wear things others can not)

**With tattoos, you get what you pay for.**
– price. Where I live established but newer artists charge hourly $50-100, experienced artists $100-$200, the best $250-500 (the last, expect to send them a concept and wait a month or more to get on their schedule).
– the art itself. This picture is fairly low res and leaves a lot for interpretation. If you have a friend who is an artist, I would recommend you commission them to mockup what you want.
I would expect maybe 2-3 hours for this. Your pain tolerance as well as the artist’s speed. Also, did you provide the artist a concept of what you wanted in advance or did you walk-in with this picture (probably slower).

Though I will suggest, do your research, browse their work. Find an artist that can do a tattoo in the particular style you want.
All artists are different with different pricing. Better off emailing or calling a shop and asking with reference pictures. You’re quote will almost certainly be the exact price you’re looking at.
