Is this FPS normal for 1440p-3080Ti. I get around 100 fps, at some areas it goes 130-140 some areas like middle of vondel-market its going 90 fps. I just upgraded my pc but this is really annoying me if it is not normal. Any idea? What is ur FPS’s at 1440p.

What’s your CPU? If it’s like a 5600 it might be normal but does seem a wee bit low.
Need a bit more info, but I run a 7800X3D w/3080ti and 64gb of ram at 5200mhz, and generally get the 130-140 with few very few dips at 1440p. Instead of your temp up there, turn on your GPU and CPU timings, if they’re not very close, whatever is higher is bottlenecking.
If they are close, (within 1 of each other generally) then there’s something else punking your perf.
Before the 7800x3d I was on an i5-9600k and my timing diff would be CPU-11 GPU-7
Now it’s CPU-4/5 GPU-7 and my frames are far more stable. On the i5 I’d mostly hover around 100fps and dip to 60.
FULL SYSTEM INFO :
-AMD 5600 CPU (Before the upgrade i have seen some cpu compare videos 5600-5900x at 1440p the both cpu’s fps are almost same.) I also Overclocked it 4550 mhz.
– 3000 Mhz DDR4 16 GB Ram (8×2) (I Enabled XMP from bios.)
– PSU is Corsair’s 650W+80 Gold. (Ive seen if there is a psu power issue computer just shots down and crashes. I dont have these issues.)
-Motherboard: Asus prime b450m k-ii
Mine is consistently around 120 on Series X.
