I used Conductonaut liquid metal and some extra soft thermal Pads from arctic to get better Mounting pressure. In a Game (FS22, maxed settings with FHD) i get 2025 Clock and very low Die temp, never possible before. Now for my question: the Tj (2nd temp value) is very high, could this be a mounting pressure / contact issue because i used too low amount of liquid metal? Or is that kind of temps okay for Junction? Thanks in Advance!

You need to add spacers for additional backpressure on these coolers. Regardless if you are on LM or not, many vids on that.
Also if you address that and hot spot is still this high – add more LM, could be not enough contact on the current application. GL!
