My answer is scavs. I wanted to say VDB’s purely because of placide, but scavs win just slightly over him. kidnapping innocents for spare parts, running xbd’s, theres just nothing even slightly redeemable about them. Maelstrom are just as bad, except they chip chrome onto innocents to make them go crazy.

I think Scavs are definitely the most disgusting faction by design, because of their “specialization”.
To be fair, the world of CP would not be complete withoit implant scavengers. But I never understood why CDPR decided that it should be exclusively Russian Mafia specialization.

I usually just shoot everyone except the Mox and the Aldecaldos, because they help people.
The Valentinos I usually go easy on, they were once Jackie’s chooms, and Padre uses them sometimes. But when they act up, you better believe I’m putting them down.
I have special prejudice against Tyger Claws and the Scavs. Haven’t met a Claw or Scav that I either respect or remotely like.
Maelstrom only gets a pass if Brick’s in charge, man knows how to run a business, and I respect that. But something uppity happens and I’m chopping those mofos up on sight.
