    Conclusion:
    – 7800X3D copes well with large cities, confidently overtaking 13700K in them, but this advantage weakens if there is an additional load in the form of a lot of players. It also has obvious problems with 0.1% in DX11, and in general the 0.1 and 1% figures leave much to be desired. In normal gameplay with a moderate number of players around, the 7800X3D will be about 20-25% faster than the 13700K in terms of average and minimum fps.

    – Disabling E-cores in Task Manager for 13700K is strictly recommended for DX11, and generally desirable for DX11E.
    – Disabling HT for 13700K is generally recommended because it either slightly increases fps or has no effect on it.
    – The combined disabling of HT and E-cores in Task Manager is the best option for 13700K regardless of the version of DX11.

    – 8700K is very weak on the background of modern processors, but unlike 7800X3D and 13700K, it didn’t have the fastest memory in this test, so we can add about 12-15% to it’s results.
