My account just got hacked. He got access to my twitter, set it to below 13 years of age, which caused my twitter to get deactivated. And he added his own email and password. Customer service is not helping as it says I need to wait 7 days before I can put a claim. Any mod who can help me?

Ouch how did they get your twitter I feel as if twitter and Facebook are the 2 easiest to get hacked you should of did the phone number 2 step verification
