Hey all!
Wanted to show off a couple of our NPCs from Threads of Time, a 2.5D JRPG from my small indie team in Canada. It’s inspired by the memories we made growing up in the 90s playing games like Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy.
The dystopian and very crowded metropolis of Arix, specifically the dangerous undercity, was once a vibrant home where the citizens thrived – until the Imperials began ordering the purges. The always-evolving swarms of autonomous kill-drones (such as the SSDD-TR) technically aren’t “allowed” here but there are lots of them so battling bots becomes inevitable.
